The Forget-Me-Not Apartment is a deluxe ground level handicap accessible studio with kitchenette and private tiled bath. There’s room for 1 to 5 persons. This apartment is homey and comfortable with overstuffed easy chairs & stone fireplace. An entertainment center with TV & media collection, WiFi and a phone on a separate line are included. Breakfast at “the nest” can be served when you prefer between 7:00—9:00 AM. Eat in the apartment from the stocked kitchenette, or upstairs with hosts for a full Alaskan Sourdough Breakfast, with other options for stays of more than one day. NOTE Sun. Only—Continental breakfast in the Apartment. Breakfast-to-go is available for guests with early tours any day. |

Reasonable Rates: Summer May 15 - September 15 Winter September 16 - May 14 Summer Guests: $110.00 per night + 8% tax. $15.00 per additional person over 5 yrs. old plus tax up to a maximum of 5 persons. Winter Guests: $80.00 per night + 8% tax. $15.00 per additional person over 5 yrs. old plus tax up to a maximum of 5 persons. WE WILL BE ADDING A $15.00 SURCHARGE FOR ALL RESERVAITONS OF ONLY I NIGHT STARTING IN JANUARY OF 2012. This is to compensate for the drastically increased cost of energy in our part of Alaska used mainly for extra washing & drying of towels & linens. DEPOSIT, PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY: DEPOSIT: A $50.00 deposit is required. Method of payment may be by Visa, MasterCard or Discover. Please send a credit card number in the secure Webervations reservation request and we will process your card number for the $50.00 deposit. PAYMENT FOR RESERVATION BALANCE: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover or US currency. USA residents may pay by personal check. REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS: If we receive notice of your cancellation 3 days prior to your scheduled arrival the deposit will be refunded. For cancellations 2 days prior to your scheduled arrival, the deposit will not be refunded. For cancellation 1 day prior to the reserved period, or early departure, guests will be charged for the full amount of the reservation unless the room(s) can be rebooked for the reserved period. |
